Mary Martin Caudill

Mary Jane Martin Caudill age 91, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 , at Rose Glen Manor in N. Wilkesboro. Mary was born September 1, 1928 in Yadkin County to James E. and Ina Mae Wagoner Martin.

Mrs. Caudill operated a landscaping nursery with her husband for many years, and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Blake Caudill, Sr.; sisters, Dorothy Martin, Pat Walters, and Marion Johnson.

Survivors include: sons, James B. “Rocky” Caudill  Jr. and wife Vickie of Elkin, Rob Caudill of Surfside, SC; Russell Caudill and wife Meredith of Hermitage, Tn. ;sisters, Norma Johnson of Wilmington, Blendon Travis and husband Danny of Barnsville, Ga.; grandchildren, Jason Caudill and wife Janelle, Carol Carter and husband Craig, Blake Caudill, Evan Caudill, Russlyn Gessel and husband Andy, Rachel Brinley and husband Sean, Noah Caudill; step-grandson, Ricky Holsclaw; Great-Grandchildren, Laney Carter, Cannon Gessel, and Levi Caudill.

A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 11:00 am at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Lucrecia “Chrissy” Norman officiating.
