Nedra Norris Madlock

Mrs. Nedra Norris Madlock, age 91, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025, in Rembert, South Carolina. Nedra was born on September 4, 1933, to Raymond and Toy Cox Norris. Mrs. Madlock was an animal lover and avid supporter of Savannah's rescue endeavor. Her granddaughter started a 501-c-3 rescue a couple of years ago.

In addition to her parents, Nedra was preceded in death by her sister, Norma Mavis Norris.

Survivors included her daughter Patricia Palm and husband Gunnar, and granddaughter, Savannah Palm.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Roaring Gap Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dalen Foster officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the SP Rescue dog and cat rescue service in SC. Your contribution will help continue Mrs. Madlock's legacy of compassion and care for animals.
