Pete Peterson

Mr. Peter Karl “Pete” Peterson, age 65, of Roaring River passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at his home. Mr. Peterson was born January 28, 1955 in Lakeland, FL to Curtis and Ethel Shultz Peterson.

Mr. Peterson was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: his wife of 18 years, Romelle M. Peterson of the home; daughters, Katherine Devoe Shelfer and husband Tristan of Tallahassee, FL, Jennifer McClain Hinton and husband Eric of Tallahassee; stepsons, Stephen Nicholson, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL, Mitchell Duncan Nicholson of Louisiana; granddaughter, Adia Noelle Barber;  brother, Curtis Peterson, Jr. and wife Brenda of New York; niece, Abigail Starke of NY; and nephew, Noah Peterson of Canada.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Austin Full Gospel Church with Rev. Jimmy Welborn officiating.
