Phyllis Lynn Blevins

Ms. Phyllis Lynn Blevins, age 62, of Elkin passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center. Phyllis was born May 23, 1959 in Surry County to Miles Vernon Collins and Millie Freeman Smoot.

Phyllis worked for Lowes in Statesville for over 25 years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Randall Rogers; sister, Regina Hubach.

Survivors include: her sons, Bradley Richardson and wife Maranda of Elkin; Brian Richardson of Elkin; brother, Willie Smoot and wife Cindy of Elkin; sisters, Cynthia Darnell of East Bend; Vonda Trexler and husband Allen of Virginia; Tracy Smith and husband Dennis of Harmony; grandchildren, Haley Richardson, Brian Richardson Jr. Kaleb Richardson, Tyler Richardson, McKensie Richardson, Bailey Richardson; great-grandchildren, Marleigh Elledge; several loving nieces and nephews.
