Randall Blackburn

August 6, 1966 — January 31, 2022

Mr. Randall Edmond Blackburn, age 55, of Stoneville passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Randall was born August 6, 1966 in Surry County to Bill Adams and Lillie Blackburn Adams.

Randall was a loving and supportive husband and father. He was good hearted and a good provider. Randall was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and a welder with Nordfab Ducting.

Randall was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include: his loving wife of 16 years, Linda Blackburn of the home; daughter, Emily Rose Blackburn of the home; father, Bill Adams of Elkin; sisters, Loretta Poindexter of State Road, Amanda Adams of Elkin; brother, Billy Adams and his wife Donna of Elkin; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, February 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Adams Family Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Prevette officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. prior to the service at Elkin Funeral Service.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org or Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

The family would like to thank the staff of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for their care.
