Randy Junior Bates

Mr. Randy Junior Bates, age 44, of Ronda passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his home. Mr. Bates was born January 26, 1976 in Wilkes County to James Monroe and Clara Osborne Bates.

Mr. Bates was of the Baptist faith and was self-employed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include: his wife, Kimberly Ann Bates; daughter, Mercedes Leann Bates and fiancé Robert Keith Hayes; brother, Bobby James Bates; sister, Sonya Pardue and husband Tim; and grandson, Alaric Luke Hayes.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at The Way of Life Pentecostal Church with Mr. Tim Pardue officiating.
