Shari Bowers Billings

Mrs. Shari Bowers Billings, age 51, of Roaring River passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. Shari was born December 10, 1969 in Wilkes County to Robert “Buck” and Mary McCloud Bowers.

Anyone lucky enough to know Shari was truly blessed. Her love for God and her family shined through all else. She loved her husband, two sons, and six grandchildren more than anything. Being with them was her happy place. Shari was one of a kind and will truly be missed.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Bowers.

Survivors include: her husband, William Billings; sons, William Billings and wife Kimberly, Michael Billings and wife Jasmine; mother, Mary Bowers; sister, Toni McClamrock; six grandchildren, William Billings, Jr., Matthew Billings, Isabella Billings, Michael Billings, Jr., Evelyn billings, and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be conducted.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital and Forsyth Medical Center for their care.
