Talmadge Wayne Tuttle

Talmadge Wayne Tuttle, age 74, of Elkin passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at his residence.

Wayne, a man of the outdoors, was born September 29, 1950, in Stokes County to Talmadge and Virginia Fulk Tuttle. His love for golf, fishing, and deer hunting was only matched by his passion for gardening and grilling.

In addition to his parents Wayne was preceded in death by his son, Mark Tuttle.

Survivors include his life partner of 35 years, Diane Peggy Day of the home, daughter, Jennifer Tuttle of Wisconsin, sisters; Sandra Shaw and husband Gary of King, Teresa Ingram and husband Alvin of Newland, grandchildren; Austin Tuttle and Emma Ruth Tuttle, great-grandson, Colt Wayne Tuttle and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 17, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service.
