Timothy Dean Somers

Timothy Dean Somers, age 68, of Thurmond, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at his residence.

Timothy was born in Iredell County on September 1, 1956, to Dean and Myrl Roberts Somers.

In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by his wife.

Survivors include his son, John Somers; brother, David Somers and two grandchildren, Ashlyn Somers and Mason Somers.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Bert Mathis officiating. Receiving of friends immediately following the memorial service.
