Larry Franklin Wood

Mr. Larry Franklin Wood, age 67, of State Road passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at his home. Mr. Wood was born January 3, 1956 in Surry County to George Elmer and Margaret Higgins Wood.

Larry was a member of Liberty Knob Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Junior Wood, a nephew, Richard Caudill and a niece, Sherry Wood.

Survivors include: brothers, James Lee Wood and wife, Sandra of State Road, Ronnie Ray Wood and wife Sandy of Traphill; sisters, Linda Caudill and husband Buddy of State Road, Paula Wood Coe of State Road.

A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, April 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty Knob Baptist Church with the Rev. Travis Lloyd officiating.
